Becoming Your Breath

This unique cd combines conscious breathing with new energy music
in two extended breathing sessions.

The first session called “Embodying Your Breath”, is an invitation to sink deeper in our body to be able to breathe and receive our “solid breath”.
Then we can allow this breath to expand through our entire body and cells.
This session is lead by Erno van Doesselaar in English and accompanied
by Yanna Volfinzon on Piano.



The second session called “Dancing Home”, is a deep invitation for more of our Spirit to come dancing home within us. It is a unique breathing session lead by Yanna Volfinzon in the beginning (5 minutes partially in Hebrew), followed by Erno van Doesselaar in English with intuitive play on the Piano
by Yanna Volfinzon.
